Yesseili Guzman: I am looking for a general labor and um machine operator job.
Tell us about your last 2-3 jobs including your job title, length of employment, what you liked about each job and why you left
Yesseili Guzman: Well, my current job as best for relations has been, um, one of the best jobs I've ever had. Um, I've been there for about 10 years. Uh, I started out, um, uh, being an inspector and I worked my way up to be a lead technician. I work with several machines and, um, I enjoy every aspect of it. I enjoy from building it, taking apart machines and, um, I also enjoy helping my peers with troubleshooting and, um, organizing the, anything that comes about, you know, any problem. And I really enjoy, um, all of that.
Tell us about any expertise you have (eg forklift, assembly, s&r, degrees or certifications etc) and how long you have had that expertise
Yesseili Guzman: My area of expertise is machine operation, special encapsulation machines. Um I'm very familiar with them. I know how to take them apart. I know how to build them back up. I know how to troubleshoot various products, whether they be sticky to the most simple ones. I also um help my other uh coworkers deal with the day to day. Um Little problems that might arise from uh any type of um like variation with the product itself or from the material that we use. Um And also doing this with lean manufacturing, which I am certified at. Um I help increase work flow and make sure that we run as efficiently as possible.

Yesseili Guzman: Uh, currently I'm looking for a second shift position. Anything that, um, will be, um, uh, after three, since I took it off of my first job at, uh, two. So that'll give me time to get there on time. Uh, I'm available to work, um, any day of the week. Um, and so, um, I, I would like general labor or machine operations, any of that type of work I'm willing to do and I'm pretty sure I'd be good at it.
Any last thoughts that weren't covered in the interview that can help us find the correct position for you
Yesseili Guzman: Well, I'd say I'd like to work in a place where there's opportunity for growth and development of my skills.
