What was going on in your life/business when you made the decision to work with Peter? What challenges were you facing?
Maria Becerra: When I decided to work with Peter, I found myself in a situation where I had been doing https://vocalvideo.com/c/peake-human-capital-consult as a human resources professional for over 10 years. And I was looking to grow my number of clients that I was servicing and the challenges that I was having was around, mainly around time management and organization. So I knew that if I wanted to grow my practice, I needed to have help with that. And that's when I run into Peter's profile. And that's when I decided to start working with him.
What else did you try to overcome your challenges before you worked with Peter? What happened?
Maria Becerra: Before I started working with Peter, I tried to accommodate my clients by, scheduling them on certain days of the week. And at one point, it just became a situation where I wasn't able to continue, to service them the way that they deserved. So I knew that I needed to make changes and that I had tried different things that, just were not bringing the results that I was expecting.
What made you choose to work with Peter to overcome these challenges? How did my coaching services stand out?
Maria Becerra: One of the reasons why I decided to work with Peter is because I found his background to be very impressive. And also because he and I had mutual colleagues that I respect. So I figured um he was a legitimate professional that I could work with and I could learn from.
What has been the biggest breakthrough you’ve experienced while working with Peter?
Maria Becerra: The biggest breakthrough that I've experienced since I started working with Peter has been around time management organization planning ahead, making sure that I sit down the night before and that I revise my schedule and make sure that I know what's gonna happen the next day. And you know, also that on Sunday nights, I plan out my week and I'm able to maneuver through the week a lot easier. So to me, that has been very valuable and it's been very helpful, not only with my organization, but also with keeping me calm and keeping me focused on things that need to get done on a daily basis.
What has been your favorite thing about working with Peter so far?
Maria Becerra: My favorite thing about working with Peter is that he is very helpful and very patient, but he's also very good at holding me accountable. And I do appreciate that and I think it helps a lot. He is always flexible with, you know, assignments and making sure that we turn them in in time. But he also is after you if you don't do it. And I like that.
