Ronna: I wanted to get stem cell therapy because I always had a feeling that what's inside my body can heal me. Ronna: So my experience was going into the office. I was excited, a bit nervous. I wasn't sure if it was going to be painful. And I talked to the doctor first, which is really reassuring and described all my concerns. And I had had some knee pain that had been going on for a year that couldn't get sorted out, which is interesting because my husband is a chiropractor. So we knew something was going on. So we decided to do injections into my right knee and an infusion. So we went into the room, it all went very smoothly. All my concerns were handled and the knee injection was kind of intense but not intolerable. And when I got out, my immediate experience was I have no pain in my knee. I mean, literally that within 30 minutes of the procedure, I had no more pain in my knee and it did not come back every once in a while. And now I think I'm four months out every once in a while. It has some sensations in my knee, but it wasn't the pain coming back. It was my neurological system or something rewiring itself. So I had immediate relief from knee pain. For me, it was only about nine months or so of pain before that. So it wasn't years and years, but that immediately improved. And then that same evening, I felt this rush of energy and for at least 14 days, I felt like I was decades younger. So I had more energy. I had more enthusiasm for life and that's still present. I still have that sense. It's not as intense, but it was like you get this big boost of the most incredible uh sense of rejuvenation. And so I had that happen right immediately after and that lasted for a good two weeks and I still have in the morning. Uh what, whatever my sleep is at night, which by the way is a lot better, but I still have a sense of a lot more energy, a lot more. Just whatever I need to make it through the day. I know I can make it through the day. So it's a little bit beyond the immediate experience, but immediately immediate pain relief from my knee and then the energy to do what I need to do every day.

Ronna: So my results so far from the stem cell, I, as I described, I have no pain in my right knee that's completely gone. And the one thing I want to talk about, which I did not expect is I have a lot more strength in my legs in general. And I was waking up in the morning and feeling kind of shaky coming down the stairs and thinking, oh, my gosh, what's going on? I may have a neurological problem. And after about 2.5 months I started coming down the stairs in the morning and I felt solid as a rock. So whatever thing was going on with my legs is gone and I'm solid and I feel great.
