Why did you choose Tom to help buy or sell your home?
Pam Brice: I chose Tom because I was relocating from the Minneapolis area here to Las Vegas, looking for my forever home, and I didn't know of any local real estate agents. My sister, who has lived here for over 30 years in the Summerlin area, highly recommended Tom to help me find my forever home. It was a great choice.
What challenges did you run into that Tom helped you overcome?
Pam Brice: There were a couple of challenges that Tom helped me overcome. I think the first challenge was in the summer of 2021 and most of 2021, it was a seller's market, not a buyer's market. Many people were relocating to the Las Vegas area and it was crazy. Tom set up a great website every day I got new listings, went through them while living in Minneapolis, choosing the homes I liked. He stayed on top of it. He made recommendations of, nope, That house is way overpriced or we went back and forth. And when I did find my Forever Home and made an offer which in that type of a market is also incredibly challenging. Will my offer be accepted? Will the home appraise, how many will I get into a bidding war? Tom did an amazing job, kept me calm, negotiated with the seller and the seller's real estate agent. And it all worked out perfectly.
Why would you recommend working with Tom to buy or sell a home?
Pam Brice: I would highly recommend Tom to use him if I was a buyer or a seller, um, I bought my house with Tom. But if I ever decided to sell my house, Tom would be the first person I would call. He knows the market, he knows the area. He's got great negotiation skills, he's hard working, he's very meticulous, and I would highly recommend him whether you're buying or selling your home.
