How much time do you spend doing research?
Joshua Weil: The amount of time I spent researching changes on a day to day basis. In my industry you're always learning.
Tom Biddle: If I have a deadline of 3 or 4 weeks for quite a large piece of work, I can spend 3 to 4 hours a day for the first two weeks conducting the research.
Kate Delahanty: I would say on average, I probably spend around 5 to 10 hours a week gathering research for different projects I'm working on, but it can really vary depending on how distracted I get, honestly.
Krista Rogers: I spend so much time on research that my lunch break has become just another opportunity to catch up on work. I feel like I'm in a committed relationship with my laptop and my data.
Harsha Alladi: I spent many hours in gathering information for my research.
Mike Saccocio: Research still makes up a very important part of every single week. You know, where I easily spend a few hours gathering research.
Stacey Sosna: Depending on the research project I'm working on at any given moment, it can take 2 to 3 hours and on up to gather all the information that I need.
Vince Evans: I'd say probably anywhere from a quarter to half of the day designated to that, depending on what you consider to be kind of research.
Tammy Berg : Because I have to stop and start my research so much, sometimes when I come back, I'm not even sure how much time I've really spent doing the research.
