Right now, Gen Z is expected to account for 27% of the workforce in two years. So they're already just kind of moving along now. When it comes to Gen Z, they donate fewer dollars, but they donate more frequently. That's a really good sign. And the great thing about Gen Z is that they're 2.4 times more likely to increase their donations, you know, year over year, and they donate on average about $750 a year, which is a sizable amount, you know, of individuals. Now, they're more likely to make sacrifices in their daily lives, to donate to funds that they're very interested in and they're three times more likely to advocate on behalf of an organization. So, if you have a Gen Z friend, that person is going to be a very super advocate for your organization.
