Cody Smith: Working with Joe is different from others because you feel like he is really wanting to get down to the bottom of what you really want to do in your life and what you want to accomplish. He really gives you the means and tools to help you do this and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're getting exactly what you need. It's, he's an absolute pleasure to work with in this way.
