Speaker: Chelsea Pegues
Please introduce yourself and tell us why you chose Lever & Ecker to represent you.
Chelsea Pegues: Hi, my name is Chelsea. I chose Lever & Ecker to represent me because from our very first meeting, I felt like I could trust the team. They were so sincere and immediately put me at ease and made me comfortable. This is a traumatic event that you're going through and you need the best team who will advocate for you and have your back throughout the process. And for me, that was Lever & Ecker.
Who at Lever & Ecker handled your case and what did you appreciate most about them?
Chelsea Pegues: Kate Henderson and Adam Weiss were my legal team at Lever & Ecker. Just such kind, compassionate people who were very honest and straightforward with me, always in contact, always easy to communicate with. Kate has such a warm, comforting presence and Adam just knows what he's doing and is so capable and it put me at ease through such a tumultuous time in my life.
Is there anything else you care to share about your experience with Lever & Ecker?
Chelsea Pegues: Lever & Ecker not only are just kind and compassionate people, they're so down to earth. And something else that many people might not seem as important. But I feel like for a victim of personal injury, it's important that we feel comfortable in the environment that we're in while we're relaying the details of our case. And the offices of Lever & Ecker are incredibly clean, welcoming, inviting even. Which feels like an odd thing to say, but it's true. Everyone is just concerned with how you're feeling, how you're doing in your level of comfort. And it was just really important to me. So if I could share anything else, it would just be that this is a place where you'll kind of wish that you had met these people under different circumstances because they're just very good to you and you almost feel like you're among friends which isn't to say that they are not the utmost professionals, but it's just the kindness, the kindness is really what you need at these difficult times.
