Introduce yourself, and describe how LenDRgroup Consulting recently helped you or your business.
Martine Gedeon : Good afternoon. Uh My name is Doctor Martin Gideon. I'm a pediatric dentist from Naples Florida. Recently, I was awarded a loan from Panacea Financial. And uh the reason I was able to get this loan is because I work with group and the, the agent I work with, with his name is uh Conan Thompson. Um Since the beginning, my experience with Conan was amazing. The first time I spoke to him, he was fired up. I, when I was, you know, very down about um my situation that I was in at the time I was just dropped by another by a big bank and I didn't know what was gonna be happening to me. And uh Conan was very positive. He had a positive attitude since the beginning and he told me I think I can help you. And he never at any time, you know, showed any such signs of negativity or discouragement. He kept a positive attitude anyway, when he was with me, when he would speak to me over the phone, that's what he did. And he gave me a lot of assurance that everything was gonna be fine. He knew that it wasn't easy, but he helped me, you know, getting to that next stage. So I am very grateful that I was able to work with Conan.
How does the LenDRgroup Consulting process compare to the traditional practice financing process you've experienced before?
Martine Gedeon : So when I compare um the lender group to other financial companies that I've worked with, especially when I was applying this time for, for a loan. I work with different ones. Um I felt like with lender group would come and he stayed with me at all time. He never, you know, I've been then and you know, he would email me or text me to see how I was doing, asking me for the papers, you know, he was on top of me, you know, making sure that I have, you know, everything ready. Uh I have all the papers necessary. Sometimes, you know, I had so much going on, I would not have something ready yet and he would say please talk to Gide and don't forget to send me this, don't forget to send me that. And uh he also um try to work with what I already had because sometimes, you know, you have to fill out so many papers, fill out this, fill out that he said, you know, just send me what you have. Like if you already have this, you know, those forms just, you know, send me what you have. So that kind of helped me a lot too. He made it very easy and he showed compassion too. So he didn't just tell me fill out this application and that was it. He followed up every time to make sure everything was ok.
What would you tell those who are considering working with LDRGC?
Martine Gedeon : Well, if I have colleagues that are looking into finding a loan, I would definitely tell them to, to consider working with, with LenDRgroup just because uh LenDRgroup understands they understand um you know how like what the situation of uh physicians, dentists, and veterinarians can be. They understand that some of us come out with big loans that we may not have like that perfect uh you know, financial profile that some bank uh require. So, um and also what I think made it better for me and easier. I don't have, I didn't have to be looking for a bunch of different financial companies with that one person Connon, he was looking for me to see which one would fit me best, which one would uh fit my situation best. So he told me, Doctor Gideon, you know, we work with a lot of banks and then we will pair you with the right one and he did.
