Hello. My name is Michael Tunney and I'm the Director of Underwriting at LGA. Overseeing the underwriting in the Direct Markets channel. I'm pleased to have joined LGA in 2022, during a time of tremendous growth, innovation, and change. Throughout my career, I've spearheaded organizational change programs based both on technology and employee development. At my last organization, I lead the technical implementation and organizational advancement of the underwriting platform to current standards from a place where limited technology had been employed. Based on these leadership experiences, I was invited to join LGA, to help underwriting navigate the challenging waters of digital transformation.
