What is your take on what is next for us as community professionals in 2026?
Liselotte Peterson: human and relevant. Looking ahead to 2026, I think communities will become even more integrated into the customer journey. We're moving beyond support forums to strategic hubs for adoption, retention, and advocacy. AI will help us personalize its scale, but the human touch will remain key.
