Speakers: Kateryna Bova , Founder & CEO, BÓVA Agency
What is one important personal reflection or lesson from 2025 that you want to share with other community pros?
Kateryna Bova : Hi everyone! My biggest reflection of this year is keep going no matter what. You will have a lot of obstacles, a lot of challenges, a lot of problems, but just believe in yourself. Sometimes we don't have things so perfect that we want to have, but keep going, keep going no matter what, and you will have everything.
What is your take on what is next for us as community professionals in 2026?
Kateryna Bova : I think we just need to continue taking care of our people, of our communities, of our ambassadors, of our advocates, and love them.
