What is one important personal reflection or lesson from 2025 that you want to share with other community pros?

Celine Riemenschneider: I think I've seen in 2025 that after years and years of us working towards getting community management recognized and as, you know, a viable career path and people really understanding it, I've seen that in 2025 we have become the cool kids and that the brands are accepting a lot more community roles and seeing really the impact and the meaning behind all of this. So, I hope that in the next year we will grow much more and we will have much more roles and brands really being open to, you know, fostering their community and their members.

What is your take on what is next for us as community professionals in 2026?

Celine Riemenschneider: I think in a world where AI is becoming more and more dominant, community management will be the place to really shape, you know, strategically and design human connections and bring people together on a human level and not on a robotic level.
