Speaker: Scott Oldenburgh

How does FPL help leaders?

Scott Oldenburgh: Frontline people. Leadership helps leaders get better. It's practical. It's something that you'll learn skills about yourself and about your leadership that you use in everyday situations, both at work at home and anywhere else you go around people. I think it'll be an incredible journey for you.

Describe FPL in three words?

Scott Oldenburgh: If I had to describe frontline people, leaders in three words, I would say first one is intentional. The second one is practical and the third one is helpful.

Why is FPL different from other leadership programs?

Scott Oldenburgh: Without a doubt. What separates I believe, frontline people, leadership from other leadership programs is the deep level of intentionality. 12 weeks of walking through getting laser focused on each of the competencies provides you another kind of learning that you just can't get by attending a regular leadership workshop.

How does FPL improve culture?

Scott Oldenburgh: And one of the secondary benefits that maybe sometimes becomes primary about frontline people, leaders is it puts everybody on the same page. The entire organization starts speaking the same language. They start understanding the concepts, they start respecting each other for walking through this intentionality together. And so to me, it really enhances the company culture by getting the more and more people to go through FPL.
