Steven Kessler: My name is Steven Kessler and I worked with Crit for approximately 20 years. Crit. We met in 1997 when I became the CFO of Resource America, the parent company of Fidelity leasing, where you were the president, we worked together to execute a successful sale of fidelity leasing in August of 2000. We worked together in 2002. Again, I think when Leaf commenced operations first as a subsidiary of Resource America and then resource capital Corp, you were the CEO of Leaf and I was a board member. Leaf was successfully sold in August of 2017. I watched as you became an excellent CEO who had incredible knowledge of all aspects of the small ticket leasing business, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and even accounting. You are a leader and a true professional. I would be remiss if I didn't remind you of a Yiddish phrase that I made you aware of. The phrase was when the guilt hits. The Felt Gelt means money in Yiddish. And the felt refers to a dice table. When a securitization sale of leases or other financial transaction closed, you would reach out to me and say in your southern accent, the guilt hit, the felt we would both laugh. And I finally remember those times.
