Rich Vohra: Hey, Chris, it's rich. Vora just wanted to uh take the opportunity to congratulate you on your uh well deserved retirement words, uh You know, cannot express how thankful I am to be able to work for you and uh miles for the last 17 years uh through your guidance. Uh You know, we've reached some new heights, achieved goals that we once thought were impossible. I know that we had a lot of ups and downs throughout the years at least. But uh you know, we stuck together as an organization and uh achieved some incredible results that uh I never thought were possible. So, uh thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting and believing in me. And, you know, I know uh I can be stubborn at times but uh you still never gave up. And uh you know, I thank you for that. So, uh you know, as you embark on this well deserved retirement, uh I say thank you for all the years of dedication, uh laughter and uh all the invaluable lessons that I learned. And uh may the next adventure be as rewarding and fulfilling as the legacy you left here Thank you, Craig and take care.
