Joe Banister: Hi, my name is Joe Banister and I've had the pleasure of working with crit for about 2020 years now. And, and I've learned just an incredible amount from him over that time. Uh, really had the fortunate opportunity to work directly with him for the last five or six years. Um, but I've always obviously witnessed, um, you know, how he's led the company and admired how he's done. So, he's, he's always brought, uh, you know, an element of grace. Uh, and, and always a sense of humor. Yeah, there was challenging times over those 20 years and him and miles were always able to, to navigate those times and really shield, um, most of the company from even knowing anything was other than business as usual. And, um, you know, just an amazing leader. Uh, but, but one of the things that I, I really do, uh, you know, admire and, and gonna miss the most about credit is that sense of humor. He's just always has amazing comedic timing. Um, one of my, uh, you know, this memory that sticks out to me was early on in my business development. Um, uh, you know, time as, as, as the leader of business development and we were responding to a large RFP and, and, you know, stakes were high. Everybody's a little nervous trying to get this thing, make sure we do it right. And it was a big program and here we had a bunch of people in the office, a few people remote was on the line and we were going through the RP and there were some unfair, you know, kind of requests by the, uh, by the manufacturer. And so one person made a comment. Well, yeah, we, we can't, we can't have these guys screw us when we're, when we're not looking. And, uh, you know, everybody is quiet and, and kind of thinking, thinking about, you know, you know, what are we gonna say next or, you know, what do we have to cover next? And, and, and Chris chimes in and says, well, yeah, if they're gonna screw us, we want to be looking. And so, you know, everybody starts laughing and kind of, you know, reduces or, or, you know, eliminates that tension and, and, uh, you always had a knack for that and I, and again, I, I, you know, gonna miss it so much. Rick. Congratulations. Um You know, I, I know we'll be in touch, uh, you know, need your wisdom in the future here. Uh So, um I'm sure I'm sure we'll be talking, but again, congratulations on amazing career and, uh, and we'll miss you.
