Don Campbell: Hey, Crit, this is Don Campbell. We met many, many years ago when I first came to Tokai. And you know, one of the things I remember, you know, I thought I could sell and well after observing you in action, I quickly learned what real salesmanship was all about. I watched you prepare and pitch new programs, big programs with some of the largest manufacturers in the world. I watched you critique your team after a presentation and they got feedback. Three M comes to mind. I know you remember that one, I watched you negotiate with large manufacturers again with these senior executives and you, you negotiated really hard and just did an incredible job. Then unfortunately you or I guess fortunate for you, you moved on. I was sad. You moved from Tokai and you started uh fidelity leasing with Ape and grew that and uh that was wildly successful and, and you eventually sold that and then you started another business and you know, starting a new business. Those of us that have done that really appreciate how difficult that is and, and what a great accomplishment it is. So, congratulations, man. You have a wildly successful career and, uh, all the best to you for a very well deserved wonderful retirement. Take care bud.
