Why did you choose to attend the Laundromat Millionaire Pick-Up & Delivery Workshop?
Tiff Palmer: I chose to go to Dave and Carla's pickup and delivery workshop after I had purchased my laundromat And I'd had it for about six months. I had been listening to podcasts pretty religiously including Dave and Carla's and Laundromat resource. And I heard the commercial or the advertisement for the pickup and delivery workshop and I kind of added it back and forth about whether I should go in the timing at the moment. Just felt right and I am 100 and 25% so glad that I did go. It was perfect for me. And now I'm starting to implement some of the things that I learned last fall.
What about the Workshop did you find most valuable?
Tiff Palmer: There were so many things that I took away from the workshop and honestly, it wasn't all just about pickup and delivery. I was so new to the laundromat scene that I had launched my uh drop-off service and being able to be on site at their laundromat, seeing their staff, how they handled things. I think I had more questions at the moment about the wash dry fold services than I actually did about pickup and delivery. Uh I ended up taking back things like presentation, how to wrap them, um how they were processing the soaps, the Shout the color shout sheets, uh and just the way the staff handled things, the equipment. Uh those are just a few things that off the top of my head that I remember exactly.
Was it worth the investment?
Tiff Palmer: Was it worth the investment? Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. I cannot say that enough. The information and the networking and friendships that I, that I got from this conference are priceless. Honestly, I still keep in touch with my table mate and we talk probably every other week about what's going on in his store and what's happening with mine. You know, I ended up having Dave be my coach consultant as I'm growing the rest of my laundry services and my pickup and delivery. And again, the priceless the money that he saved me and the ideas that he gives to me and the fact that I have somebody to bounce those things off of, even if I think you're an experienced person, there is so much knowledge and information and why would you want to reinvent the wheel when you don't have to? This? This was such a blessing. And I am so very grateful that Dave and Carla put this together and are sharing their knowledge and experience with others um to have this, to have this, to grow their business and to become more successful.
