What made you decide to invest in the One-on-One Coaching Program with Dave?
Sandy Cearley: One of the reasons I chose to do the one on one coaching program with Dave is because Dave, and I have a little history. We go back a little ways. We had talked about laundromats years ago and I did not own one at the time and now I own two. So that advice worked well for me and I see all the successful posts he makes and how far he's come in the business and basically out of curiosity, I just needed to learn more and there's never anything wrong with you educating yourself to improve your business and improve your ideas. So that's one of the main reasons why I wanted to do the one on one coaching with Dave.
Did you find Dave to have the expertise you'd expected in a business coach?
Sandy Cearley: Honestly, I don't know if I've ever heard anyone as well informed, as well prepared and as knowledgeable about the laundromat business. It was a fantastic experience. He's very, very knowledgeable. I walked away feeling 100% better about what I'm doing with my business.
Was anything surprising or eye-opening that you got from your calls with Dave?
Sandy Cearley: One thing that struck me with the coaching program was not only do you get support with questions about laundry machines, the industry, how to do your drop off, hours, all those types of things, but I was hit with a dilemma. Another business owner was going to open a laundromat between my two stores which are less than two miles apart. I got kind of worried that I might not be able to sustain both of my businesses. If another person stepped into the picture with a laundromat, my coach reassured me if you do everything the way you're taught, if you do everything, the way the customers want it, go above and beyond, blow them out of the water with your service, with your cleanliness, with your attentiveness, they will come to you versus going somewhere else because of a price. So there's a lot of things out there that you don't even consider that will come to your doorstep that you're gonna have to face. And as long as you keep yourself aligned with what you're doing, then you will be just fine. That's one of the big takeaways I got from the coaching. You can't control what happens around you, only what you're doing in your business. And I tell you, if you listen and put these things into play, you're non stoppable.
Would you recommend Dave's Coaching Program to other Laundromat Owners?
Sandy Cearley: Folks, I cannot say enough about the coaching program. It's very well worth every penny spent every minute spent and it's done nothing but improve how I run my business and how my business serves the customers. The community is very important to me and I get more compliments now than I ever have because of some of the small changes that I made because of coaching. So 100% recommend the coaching program. No question.
