Why did you need help from Larsen HVAC, and why was it important to get help?
Kelly A Blatnick: I called Lar Larson H VAC to come out and um, do a diagnostic on my system that was put in only two short years ago and he, um, saw that it was actually a, a faulty system. The gentleman that did put the system in two short years ago, um, wouldn't respond. He wouldn't come out and he would not take care of the unit he did put in, um, and it was pretty hot out, so we definitely needed our home to be cooled off. Now, we have an awesome ac my home is nice and cool and Larson H back did an amazing job. We thank you, Larson and we love you guys. You guys were awesome and amazing.
How did you hear about or find Larsen HVAC, and why did you choose us?
Kelly A Blatnick: So my unit was freezing up here in the hot summer days in Utah. And the gentleman that installed my unit two years ago would not come out and fix it and said that my warranty was not any good. So we went on the unit and got the, um, manufacturer warranty and they said yes, in fact, it um, is covered. Um, if you go through certain companies. Well, Larson just happened to be one of those companies we called set up an appointment. Um, Larson came right out. He was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and we chose to go ahead and go with him and I have no regrets. I'm so glad and I feel extremely blessed that we had that opportunity to work with Larson.
Kelly A Blatnick: I ended up getting the phone number for Larson H back off of the unit that was installed in my home. Um, just two years ago, calling to find out about the manufacturer warranty and he come right out and within just a couple of short days I had my new unit installed and I haven't had a freezing pipe one and we have actually been able to stay nice and cool on these awesome hot summer days here in Utah.
Kelly A Blatnick: I was able to find Larsson H back by calling the number on the old unit and I went with him because when he got here, he definitely had the knowledge of heating and air conditioning units. And I felt very confident that he was going to be the right choice and that I wasn't gonna have a worry anymore with my heater or my AC unit.
What was your experience working with us? How has life been different since we took care of your HVAC needs?
Kelly A Blatnick: I will for sure say I had a great experience working with Larson. H they were all very professional. I loved how they covered up my floors. So if something dropped, it didn't break anything. The guys were very professional and they were all super awesome to work with. And now life is very different because I'm not dealing with frozen pipes here in the middle of the hot summer.
What would you say to someone who is on the fence and trying to decide who to trust with their HVAC needs?
Kelly A Blatnick: I would definitely recommend Larson H VAC to anybody. He's super professional, his knowledge of the heating and AC unit. His willingness to explain everything to me. He was just great when his team come in, they had the knowledge, they were explaining things to me. It was an all around amazing experience with Larson H back and I definitely appreciate them and I am very thankful to have had him here and help me and finally get my heater and AC running the way a heater and AC should.
