Why did you choose Lark?
A.J. Vitiello: We chose Lark because we were upset with our previous workspace because everything was a mess. We were using multiple apps and nothing was together and we were missing deadlines and there was confusion across our team. That problem was solved with Lark.
What is your favorite Lark feature and why?
A.J. Vitiello: The best part about Lark is that everything is in one place, we can be on a video call and refer to scripts in docs, uh messages from other team managers and calendar and everything else all within the same app. Instead of having to have four or five more apps for all of our work uh processes. So efficiency for sure is the best feature.
Why is Lark different from other collaboration tools?
A.J. Vitiello: Lark is different from other collaboration tools because of the efficiency and having everything in one place. It's really streamlined our process and brought all of our team members onto the same page.
What is a problem that Lark helped you solve? Describe life before Lark vs. after Lark.
A.J. Vitiello: Life before Lark was chaos. We are a travel youtube team. So when our creator is out in the field in Kenya making videos and I'm in Egypt, scouting locations. We use Lark to stay on the same page to write scripts to video, call, to look at the calendar. So when you're running through a busy marketplace in a foreign country and you need to get on the same page about work. Opening Lark is great because it's just one app that we have to look at. Not 10 different apps.
How much time or money have you saved with Lark?
A.J. Vitiello: Lark saved my team hundreds of dollars per year.
