Why did you choose Lark?
A.J. Vitiello: it's perfect for on the go. We are a travel youtube team and I'm currently in a rack as my um overhead uh is in Kenya and we are communicating on Lark and it's perfect. Um Both of us are running around um doing prep production. Um And I'm always checking my phone uh for Lark to see what messages, what updates there are. And if we need to uh consult the script or a date on a calendar, um I can do that on Lark when I'm uh literally running around through a bustling market um in a foreign country. So it's really convenient.
What is your favorite Lark feature and why?
A.J. Vitiello: My favorite long feature is OK with team members and then I don't have to switch to another app or website. Um If one of those texts um is in reference to a doc or a script. Um So the best feature about work is all of our operations are in one place and they're not juggling between five different apps.
Why is Lark different from other collaboration tools?
A.J. Vitiello: It's different because of its convenience. It's different because of the user interface. Um The fact that I don't have to use Zoom anymore, I can just do phone calls and video calls on Marc and pull up Docs on LAC and calendars on LAC. Again, it's just, um, it's so convenient to have everything in one place and I don't know if another tool that offers that.
What is a problem that Lark helped you solve? Describe life before Lark vs. after Lark.
A.J. Vitiello: Work sol solved our problem of being a mess and losing files and not keeping track of things. Now, everyone is on the same page. We have 20 employees and we are all on the same page with work and that was not the case before.
