Introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your background before joining the Land Conquest community.
Abby Cooper: Hi, I'm Abby Cooper. I'm a wife and mom to four kids. And before I found land conquest I was looking for a way to supplement my kids', college tuition funds.
What motivated you to start your land flipping journey and why did you choose our Land Conquest course?
Abby Cooper: I found land conquest because I used to follow Pete and Heather Reese a long time ago and I learned how to blog from them. So I knew that they put together quality courses and a lot of good content. And I went ahead and checked out the Land conquest community because I was looking for a way to put a little bit of extra money in my kids', college tuition funds.
Since taking Pete's course, can you share a specific success story or a deal that you're particularly proud of?
Abby Cooper: After jumping into the land conquest community, I was able to start the training program and got my business set up and sent some mailers out already. Got a deal within the first month. Uh That deal, I'm partnering with Pete on and I'm under contract on a couple others already too. I keep learning every day and I love that the training program makes it possible to go back through re-watch sections and keep learning as you go.
Explain what your challenges or obstacles were in your land flipping journey that the course helped you overcome.
Abby Cooper: My biggest challenge in learning. This business has been overcoming my own fears and the land conquest community has been so helpful in that there are people there that are encouraging, they're sharing their own fails and successes and we're all learning together. So each step of the way, I'm just taking one step at a time and I just keep going.
How has successfully flipping land, with the help of Pete's course, impacted your financial situation or lifestyle?
Abby Cooper: Our family is just beginning to see the results of the financial rewards of joining this community and doing the free training program. Uh My first goal was to put more money into my kids' college savings accounts and that's already beginning to happen. And we're planning some trips so that we can enjoy time as a family together too.

Abby Cooper: If someone's on the fence about joining land conquest, I would just encourage you to jump in there today. It's free. You have nothing to lose. You'll start to see that the interactions that people have are positive and encouraging to one another and we're all in this together and you might find that land flipping is for you too.
