How has participating in The EssentiaLIST helped you?
Russell Pruner: Essential list has been awesome. I recommend it to anybody who might be looking, uh, to be able to prioritize what's really important. And what is that one thing that you must complete this week as well as organizing those other things that you can slowly check off the list. And by the end of the week know that you've accomplished something, uh, mainly due to, uh, starting with the essential list every Monday morning.
Who would you recommend working with Lance?
Russell Pruner: I would recommend anybody uh working with Lance, what I think he does very well is help us to understand better what needs to get done and make sure that you're in the right frame of mind to be able to go out and accomplish the task that you need to do every day to move forward in your business and make it profitable.
What has changed for you in your time working with Lance?
Russell Pruner: I've had 38 sessions with Lance. It's been an absolute joy to be able to work with someone who's willing to listen to what's going on, not just in your business life, but in your personal life and be able to uh have him come back to you and help you better understand what you need to do to put things in order so that you can go out and do the job that we do every day. And for that Lance, I can't. Thank you enough.
