How has participating in The EssentiaLIST helped you?
Eve Thompson: Hi, this is Eve Thompson and I love the essentials because it helps me to get organized around those things that I really, really need to accomplish over the course of the upcoming week. So that little 45 minutes helps me to identify, uh, those things that need to get done for business, but also those things that I need to do to take care of myself and my family and, um, all of the, uh, people in my life I highly recommend it. I think most of us as real estate agents are always at risk for, uh, distraction and being pulled in a million different directions. And every time I open my computer and I see my list, I can just refocus. Oh, yeah, I've got to get that done. Um, oh, yeah, this is the thing that is, um, is pressing for the day. Um, it's just a great tool. So, if you have the opportunity to do it, I highly recommend it.
Who would you recommend working with Lance?
Eve Thompson: So I would recommend Lance Pendleton for any agent that really wants to take their business to the next level, but isn't sure how to get out of their own way. Lance has helped me to see that some of the things that feel like impediments to me um are also things that make me a really good agent. He has helped me to figure out how to uh work around and how to understand the way that I work. So if traditional coaching has not been effective for you and has left you feeling uh like somehow you're inadequate, I I just highly recommend um uh Lance Pendleton as a, as a coach. He's just great.
What has changed for you in your time working with Lance?
Eve Thompson: So what has changed for me since I've started coaching with Lance? Well, for one thing, I am not beating myself up as much as I have traditionally for not having a perfectly organized database for not having a perfectly organized marketing plan or perfectly organized anything else. Um And that, um that's a, that's a lot just right there. Um, uh, you know, I've always been a um a pretty successful uh sole agent. I'm not on, on a team, I'm all by myself. Um and um Lance has uh really helped me to stop that cycle of, of feeling like somehow I just could never accomplish enough and that's a lot. So, um uh I, I give him a um all the plots for that and, um, and I'm really grateful.
