I am excited to teach this course because I myself am certified in project management. But this is a little bit of a twist because we're looking at information systems and project management. So if you're going into a field of I T or will be working with the I T department, this course will qualify you and provide you the skills that you need to be a project management within the information systems or information technology department. Some helpful tips to be successful in information systems. Project management course is the one balance your time. Make sure you stay on top of your assignments each week when you have your assignments and discussion questions, make sure you provide a P A references to support your content because you always want to give the author credit for wherever you pulled your information from, read the concepts, understand the concepts and don't be afraid to ask questions throughout this course. In this course, you're gonna learn and understand the current information technology skills within project management. We're gonna look through the integrated view and concepts of all of our digital tools and techniques. Some of the topics we're gonna cover is project management in I T context, not just project management but from an I T context, we'll also look at project management integration, project management, triple constraint, which we focus on project scope, project time and project cost. We'll also look at project communication and hr management which are very important for your students or the people you're working with. Lastly, we're gonna cover project procurement and we're gonna look at those project management risk that may adhere to those I T or I S projects.
