Please introduce yourself in a couple of sentences.
Ericka Williams: Hello, ladies and luggage. My name is Erica Williams. They call me doctor E, I've been traveling with ladies and luggage for over 10 years, almost 10 years now. And I really enjoy the community. I've met a great um community of ladies and it's a great environment to just travel, have fun and just kind of relax and be yourself. I've enjoyed every trip that I have um traveled with ladies and luggage. I can't really count how many trips I've been on. I know it's a couple times a year. So um it adds up to a lot. My current trips for 2024 include uh Martha's Vineyard and Ghana for um New Year's Eve. So I'm looking forward to those trips for 2024. I haven't finished um looking to see which trips other trips I would like to take for 2024. It's just I have to find out what my schedule will allow me to do this year. But um again, welcome to the community and I hope that um you enjoy traveling with ladies in luggage. I am currently um a travel host. I haven't um hosted a trip yet, but I'm looking forward to doing that um in the years to come. Some of the great travel trips. I'm sorry, travel tips. I have learned, oh, my hair, I have learned during my travel is to always pack a carry on with at least three days worth of clothes I have seen on some of the trips. Lady, the luggage have been lost on our recent trip to Egypt. A couple of the ladies luggage didn't come to Egypt. It ended up getting returned back to their home state. So they were kind of um this place with um not having some of their um personal items. So I would recommend traveling with a carry on with at least three days worth of clothes and some of your toiletries. So you won't um be out of place if something happens to your luggage. The second great tip that I received from my roommate also um in Egypt, Chanin was to have a portable scale to weigh your luggage because you know us ladies, we love to shop and buy things and uh we tend to maybe overweight our luggage and end up having to pay almost a new airline ticket to send our bags home. So I bought a um travel weight uh scale so I can weigh my bags when I'm leaving to go home. So I can make sure that I'm at the £50 or under the £50 because I'm not going to buy another bag and pay those ridiculous um check in fees for an extra bag. Um Again, welcome to the community and I hope to see some of you guys in 2024 in our travels with ladies and luggage. Have a great rest of your new year and um welcome to ladies and luggage. Why did you decide to join the Ladies & Luggage Team?
Ericka Williams: Hi, I decided to join the ladies and luggage team because I love to travel and I like meeting new people and I thought it would be a great idea to apply for a travel host. Wasn't sure if I would get the position or not, but I was like, what the heck let me apply for it and I was, um, offered the role and I accept it. So I'm looking forward to traveling and being a host because I enjoy traveling with ladies and luggage. They give you a great experience. Um, a bang for your buck. It's just um, top notch service, five star. I've just said first class service. So that's why I decided to join the team.
Tell us 1 fun thing you love to do when traveling?
Ericka Williams: The first fun thing I like to do when I'm traveling is to put my bags up, get in the bed or depending on if it's a resort with a pool, all inclusive. I wanna put on my bathing suit, put on my suntan and get my tan on and get my cocktail hours starting. So I love to either rest and get a cocktail or go to the pool beach and get a cocktail. So that's the fun thing I like to do when I first get to my um designated location and meet and see the people and also explore the hotel and maybe um the surrounding areas of the location. That's what I like the um those are the one big fun thing that I like to do.
