Please tell us about your experience with Laborie, and how the specific service or product has benefited you?
Zon’Trey Scott: My company's experience with Laborie has been great. We reached out to Luke, who is the rep, and he really provided us with a great service. He responded quickly. And what he provided was a Renova paracentesis pump. And this in itself has been pretty seamless for the most part. We trained our technologists on it to assist with ultrasound guided pairs, and what it's done is really. Increase efficiency. It's safe. It's clean. Our IR doctors, they, they really do enjoy the machine, and they think that it's really been a benefit to our company and to our patients, and we really appreciate it.
Would you recommend the product/service? And if so, why? Are there any other comments you'd like to add?
Zon’Trey Scott: Yes, I'd recommend the product and the service. The service in itself has been really good. Luke, the rep, he's been proactive in coming out and assisting me and my team in training and has really been flexible in his schedule to assist in that. He's provided help in many different ways whether we don't have a patient or we do. He's had the ability to come out and show us how the equipment works, and he's patient and thorough and detailed just about how it works and what's the most efficient way to use it in terms of the product in itself. That's also a recommendation that I'd be happy to, to say yes to simply because it's safe, it's efficient, it's clean, um, it's, it really does provide us with the ability to. Provide more care to patients, just because of how quick it is. In terms of getting the procedure done by using this pump, so definitely would recommend.
