Please tell us about your experience with Laborie, and how the specific service or product has benefited you?
Colie Brown: Hello, my name is Colie Brown. I work for a small rural hospital south of Houston, Texas. At our hospital, we are currently using the Renova centesis system to perform our paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures. Just a couple of things that I've really enjoyed about this, system. First being, the closed sterile system of the bags. It makes it very easy when you're doing a diagnostic parathoracentesis to just fill a bag, remove it from the machine while you're still, draining fluid and just hand it off to lab, and they can just draw directly from the bag since everything is sterile. Another thing that I've really enjoyed is how compact and easy it is to just wheel into a patient's room, plug in the system, and get your para or thoracentesis done bedside, whether you are doing an outpatient in the PACU or an inpatient in ICU or even bedside in the emergency department, having this synthesis system on a cart makes it very easy for you to go bedside and get these done very quickly. I feel like our feedback from our patients has been nothing but positive. No discomfort. it seems to go very quickly and it's very, very user friendly and easy for you to train staff on. If you get someone new coming into the hospital that's never used the system before, it is extremely easy to teach another sonographer how to run the machine. We've had a great experience and we're very happy that we have this product and we can use it in our hospital for our patients. Thank you.

Colie Brown: I would absolutely recommend, a hospital investing in a Renova centesis product. The demo when we were first trying to get this product into our hospital getting the sales rep and the demo done was, very easy. They came out, they gave us a complete demo for the sonographers as well as some of our providers. They made the whole process, very easy. And we got a quote within, I mean, a day or two, and we were buying the machine very quickly. We were very impressed with it and everyone that has come out to help us. Even when we got the product in, they came out when we had our first live patient to use the machine on, they came out and helped us with that first patient, which we greatly appreciated.
