Please tell us about your experience with Laborie, and how the specific service or product has benefited you?
Amanda Bibbings: So I have been using Laborie for 11 years. I was with them with, you know, before it was Bluetooth to when they had Bluetooth and now we recently purchased the NXT Go, which is perfect for our small practice. And throughout the whole experience from my first year to now, 11 years being with Laborie using their UDS products, it's been seamless throughout the, IT has been amazing, the support there. The reps have been great. Charity is my current rep that helped me transition from what I know about the old software to going to the NXT Go and that has been seamless as well. She's always there for me. I can call her anytime and she just somehow magically picks up the phone and fixes everything that I need. So I'm really happy with Laborie and their products, which is why I've been using them for 11 years.
How does Laborie’s product or service compare to alternative solutions?
Amanda Bibbings: Yeah. So I've been using Laborie for 11 years in regards to Laborie's products and how it compares to other solutions. I haven't tried anything else. I've just been with Laborie I'm very loyal to them. and once you're on board with that company, they are very loyal to you to make sure you have everything you need when it comes to Urodynamics. I know I'm getting great studies. I know that, you know, everything I'm doing when I do the Urodynamics is benefiting the patient. I would never use another product. I will continue to use them for as long as I work in urology.
Would you recommend the product to a friend/colleague? Why?
Amanda Bibbings: I would definitely recommend the Laborie Urodynamics products to a colleague or a friend. They have the longest track record. They're kind of like the first company that started doing Urodynamics. I know that there's other companies that are coming out with it and I've seen them, you know, at the urologic conferences, but I have a long track record with Laborie and they've always been supportive of me. They've given me all the tools all the support that I need um in order to perform the best urodynamics that I can. The training that they give I know 11 years ago when I first learned how to do uodynamics was amazing. It's amazing that just being with someone, the teachers are so good, the nurse that sits with you is so great that, you know, after doing three studies, you already feel like a pro. So for someone who wants to start doing your urodynamics, I think Laborie is the way to go just because of the customer service and the support that they give you to be successful.
Any other comments you'd like to add?
Amanda Bibbings: I can't say enough good things about my Laborie representative. Her name is Charity. She's amazing. She goes above and beyond. She answers my call whenever I call, even if I call her and she doesn't know the answer. She has someone call me or directs me in the way to get things that I need. I remember a time where I was using a catheter and it, if something happened to it, it was my last catheter and she showed up and brought me a new one so I could complete the study. She is absolutely phenomenal and I just want to make sure I give her a little shout out because I don't know how I would have gone through the transition of getting the NXT Go learning and having it set up being comfortable with the new software if it wasn't for her and she made it easy.
