When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?
Kyle: I first heard about, Serve and Protect Credit Union roughly two years ago due to a friend that recommended it to me and also told me about the features and options that would be available to me.
How has the credit union helped you?
Kyle: Serve and Protect Credit Union has also helped me massively towards my finances. Whether I'm dipping in and out of my pot or whether I'm trying to save a little bit more, each month. It definitely, definitely in the long term of seeing a positive impact in that and the fact that there is no messing around when it comes to wanting to borrow or even dip into your savings, there's just no hassle whatsoever. It's a really straightforward process, and the online app as well is brilliant.
What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?
Kyle: One of the best things about [Serve and Protect] Credit Union that I found is having that sense of belonging, and also being regularly updated, always staying in contact with you, pushing out emails and letting you know what features are available to you. Also keeping a track on on your finances, whether that's your savings account, or if you'd like to borrow any further money, and the likelihood of you being accepted. As well as a number of other options really.
