Arlene Alvarez: Hi, my name is Arlene Alvarez. I am an exceptional education teacher and I work with grades in kinder through third grade and this is my first year in ex-ed and ninth year in general education.
Arlene Alvarez: The reason I do this job is to help children like my own who has a disability. And I know that whatever they set their mind to, they can do it. So it just brings me so much joy to see them reach their goals and just being happy and then learning about each individual student and just to see them progress.
