Arlene Alvarez: Hi, my name is Arlene Alvarez. I am an Exceptional Education teacher and I work with grades in Kinder through third grade and this is my first year in Ex-Ed and ninth year in general education.
Arlene Alvarez: So the hardest part of this position coming from a general education, I never had to collect so much data. So that is the hardest part. Another hard part is just dealing with all the paperwork and trying to stay organized. So I'm really excited to try Kit to see if it can help me.
Arlene Alvarez: The reason I do this job is to help children like my own who has a disability. And I know that whatever they set their mind to, they can do it. So it just brings me so much joy to see them reach their goals and just being happy and then learning about each individual student and just to see them progress.
