Hello, everyone. My name is Princess Anne Marie Knowles and I'm excited to be part of the Kid Preneurs Educators Program. I live in the wonderful country of the Bahamas, the country of 700 islands and Keys. That's where I live. Sun, sand and sea. We invite you to come and join us any day of your life. Why is it that I got into this excited program kid gra Certification program. I am a registered nurse by profession, family health coach and I'm also the National Children's Ministry Director of the Church of God of Prophecy in the Bahamas. And so I have purview to connect with Children. And I see this as another part of aspect to help me to holistically help Children empower Children to soar, to shine, to serve and to share, to utilize the giftedness, their uniqueness, intuitiveness to let them know that they can be a part of the process and to see problems, not as problems but as challenges as opportunities to, to create avenues to help themselves financially tangibly and also to help their families and their communities and the world. The power lies within their hands as we allow them the space, the safe space to achieve those milestones and more, one of my favorite milestones was philanthropy. It's an opportunity for them to give back. It's so wonderful when they can create income by their own ideas and their own uh connecting with families and friends and their community. Yes. And getting the tangible benefits from it. But it's so much more enriching and p and purposeful in fulfillment of their purpose as well when they can help others, help other Children inspire other Children to see that. If that child could do it, that boy, that girl can do it. So can I? So I'm excited being a part of this program and it is my endeavor to reach my uh the Children that I have purview over in the Church of God of Prophecy, in my community and in the world. That's the global potential that the Kid Preneurs program. The educators program offers me to help to reach one child at a time and they can reach another child, another boy, another girl by showing them that the power lies within them, to soar, to shine, to serve and to share. Thank you and blessing.

My overall experience with this program so far has been very positive. I would definitely refer others to this program. I found myself in a safe space of learning as I did my regular routine of work and, and having a career, I was able to find the time to sit down and to blur the information. It was quite simply um prepared for us to receive with many ways to address the different persons and the personalities regarding our learning styles. So I had video, I had tactile, I got auditory, I got all the things that I love and to help me learn as I went through this process, systemically, within a few weeks, I was able to compete complete it. I'm thankful for the, the, the responsiveness of the educators as I asked my questions in the community chats and Tammy and, and Sylvia and all of you who assisted me in this process. I am in the um presently building a program based on the tenets of this foundation given to me. And um it's a two hour session, introductory session that I will start with and then, which will take place in the month of November 2023. And I'm looking forward to a five day camp next year, maybe two, you know, maybe two camps I'll, I'll lose next year by the way to go on. And I love the teaching techniques and I, we, we use words, repetitive words that helped us that solidify the information we use storytelling. All of that is important. And as we help to provide as a space for our Children, as who, who we're gonna teach, then they can provide a testimonial of those testimonials will reach other Children like themselves to learn. And so my aha moment was though I've worked with Children for about 30 years. And for the most part, I have been, I have been used to giving them the information calling them basically by proverbially prover proverbially by the hand and uh and helping them to do the process to learn the information. My ah ha came in and um, Tommy said, basically, it's giving them the information, giving them the opportunity, providing the safe space for them to lead and not just holding there. And for me, I would, I, I'm used to just holding their hand, giving them the information, working along with them to let them do it. And I really don't let them go fly as fledging the fledglings and allow them to soar. And so I'm now encouraged to really allow them to soar. They have the information, they have the uniqueness with inside of them and they can do great things. And so, yes, this was overall wonderful and positive experience for me.

Well, I found some features very beneficial most valuable to me during this process of, of learning, I found that you use multiple ways of teaching styles to attract every level of educator. And of course, we will transition that to, to the learning process for Children tactile, auditory and visual. I love that we utilize many methods, um storytelling and object lessons, the use of stones, actual stones as we address each milestone and each learning experience. And I think that was very impactful and very helpful to me. As I navigated through the score, I was supported when I asked my questions and um there was expedient response to the questions or the or the ideas or the comments that were addressed from myself. And I, as I saw from other other educators, other learning individuals and wasn't able to collaborate with anybody. But I got the encouragement from the other educators and I planned to collaborate with other educators as I move forward.

So my advice to parents, educators or entrepreneurs who are interested in becoming a certified educator. I would say that this information can bolster your plan as a parent, as an educator and as a teacher, as an entrepreneur. This information can help us in life and then it could benefit us on so many different levels. It's intuitive, it's exciting, it's engaging, it's interactive and with this information, we can help our Children, we can help Children that we have access to. And so it's a plus for us to be a part of this program. And so I definitely recommend that he was a parent, you as an entrepreneur or as an educator to sign up if you have a love for Children and you want to provide a safe space for them to grow and to ex to explore their uniqueness and to benefit themselves, their families, their communities and the world this program is for you. What made me sign up is that it, it was a process of adding more information or more access via pertinent information that could help Children to my arsenal as a, as a person who's worked with Children for about 30 years, learning is a wonderful experience and should never stop. And so I found that this information is relevant, it's interactive, it's engaging and it's very beneficial, potentially beneficial to all every boy, every girl that we come in contact with, with, with this program. And uh you have been impacted tremendously by going through this process over the, the uh the following the past four weeks or so or less. So, the program is not that difficult in our busy lives. We can do it. It was self paced, it was relevant and interactive and the the platform with its the individuals there, the other educators, we were quite interactive and helpful to answer the questions that we posed and to give our comments. And there was an an environment of celebration and encouragement and empowerment even for us as adults. If I were to summarize my experience in a few sentence, I would say that I have been impacted positively and I have gained new friendships, new associations, new networking of uh of um opportunities. And we have access to new information that could help to grow us as individuals and as business owners, as mothers and leaders. And so I would encourage all persons to have a serious look at this in this information, access this like it economically friendly to be a part of it. And you know, the sky is the limit.

As a entrepreneurs certified educator, I am excited and I am elated for this wonderful, wonderful opportunity. I don't take this for granted, whatever God has entrusted me to use, I want to use it. And there are so many opportunities on the landscape for me now that I can reach more Children in a more impactful way holistically. And so I, I am excited about getting started with my two hour introductory session. The first one will be virtual on the 22nd and then the second one is on the 29th will be an in person session and I'm looking forward into 2024 to doing a five day camp. I'm gonna get the name and all of that and um doing some um marketing right now engaging with parents directly. And so I'm excited. The biggest difference before and now is that I have a, a gr a bigger landscape to reach. I have more information, more pertinent and relevant information that's gonna help our Children to become leaders in their own. Right? And that is exciting and um oh my goodness. Yes, it's a wonderful time. I look forward to engaging and um utilizing that kid Preneurs logo as I reach more Children to help them to realize that they are leaders within themselves. And once we give them the opportunity to shine and to share their giftedness, they will go beyond borders virtually and in person with their skills, with their business idea, with their business opportunities, with their connecting and their networking and their engagement. And they will see that they're not just an island like we are an island in an a archipelago of 700 islands and Keys. They're not just one island existing all by itself because they will be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. And they will be able to help their family, their community and their worlds. And that's an exciting process as we become agents of change, change agents as we empower Children to do likewise. I'm thankful to God for this opportunity.
