How has Review Wave enhanced the efficiency of your practice, specifically in terms of streamlining patient communication?

Kevin Christie: Review waves really has enhanced our communication and I'm just gonna list three things. It's done, it's done more. But one is the text communication with our patients. You know, if the patients five minutes late, we text them now to see if they're coming in versus having to get on the phone call and call them and we text them for other various reasons as well. Two, we're doing a lot of reactivation campaigns as well and that's been amazing through text message. And then third, there's things like I got sick a few weeks ago and I had to miss a few days of work and we were able to communicate with our patients through phone and text uh very easily and get them all rescheduled. And so it was a really great addition over the last few years to our practice to enhance the communication of our patients. And now patients are expecting this from clinics. They don't like to be put on hold constantly. They like to schedule online. They like to be able to text their provider. It's a level of service they're not used to in the health care industry and to be able to provide that for them, has been great for our practice.

How has Review Wave revolutionized your team's workflows at your practice?

Kevin Christie: The workflow for review wave has been great for our practice as well. And one thing I'll highlight has been the online scheduling. It's compatible with our E HR system and our patients love it and it's the actual functionality of it because we've used other ones in the past for online scheduling and it's just been a little clunky. The review. A one has been really good. It's allowed us to customize it and it's very professional. And so that one particular workflow amongst many has been very helpful for our practice.

What would you advise your peers who are still manually managing patient attraction, booking, and communication?

Kevin Christie: I speak to a lot of chiropractors throughout the country and even internationally and a lot of chiropractic practices need to be modernized. Too many are doing things that are 5, 1020 years old in the processes and it's slowing down your team, slowing down your practice and it's in hindering your growth because patients are expecting a certain level of modernization in your, in your practice. And so if you're doing anything that's taking up a lot of time of your team and it's very cumbersome. I highly recommend Review wave and some of the things that we've done that have been great has been the Google Review system and automating that has been really nice. The online forms are extremely helpful. Imagine the time you save by them, your new patients and reactivation is not coming in and spending 20 minutes filling out paperwork. And so between that and the online booking and our patient communication through the two way text, it's just really revolutionized the communication systems for our practice, not only just from a um kind of an operation standpoint, but also from a marketing as well.
