Can you briefly describe where you found yourself before joining Kettlebell Transformation and what ultimately led you to decide to join?
Vipul Gidda: Before joining Kettlebell Transformation. Ultimately, I did not have a path and a plan to follow for getting stronger and working out and I didn't have a path and plan to follow for nutrition. And I had no consistency when it came to a strength program. The reason I decided to join Kettlebell Transformation is because it checked all those boxes. Four days a week. Each workout is no more than 40-45 minutes long. I can do it right in my garage. I'm a busy professional. I have a family that I'm raising and I can go outside. I can knock my workout out. I can get strong. I've gotten really strong over the past year and a half and my nutrition has been on point for the last year and a half as well too. Everything's laid out for you and that's really what I needed. That's what I joined because I wanted something that was easy to follow and that I knew would be effective for my lifestyle.
What specific results have you achieved since starting with Kettlebell Transformation?
Vipul Gidda: I've been in the program for a little bit over a year and a half. Now, the results have been amazing in a year and a half. I've knocked out 350 workouts. I've leveled up my Turkish get up from 20 kg to my heavy bell. Now being 44 kg, I did pr with a 48 kg kettlebell. I'm doing 40 kg swings and my weight has at the beginning I cut my weight, but I've since put weight back on because I wanted uh to have a specific body composition. So my weight's actually gone up but it's been muscle and, and not fat. So those are the specific results that I've gotten since I've joined Kettlebell Transformation and the results have blown me away. I the 48 kg get up. I didn't think I could ever do something like that. And the fact that I knocked that out about a month and a half ago, uh blow blew me away. So the results have been outstanding.
How has Kettlebell Transformation changed your health and fitness approach, and what would you say to someone considering joining?
Vipul Gidda: Kettlebell Transformation has completely changed my health and fitness, fitness approach, mainly by simplifying what I thought was complicated. They really stripped away all the BS and provided me a path of simplicity where I could hit my goals both strengthwise and nutrition wise. If you are considering joining the program, then I would tell you that if you've been guessing if you don't understand how to make that happen or if you just don't have time to plan that out for yourself, join the program, consider joining the program because you will get results from this program and you won't have to think about them. Everything will be laid out for you.
