Can you briefly describe where you found yourself before joining Kettlebell Transformation and what ultimately led you to decide to join?

Marc Shifler: Yeah. So before KT um I was working with bells uh in my garage, I was working out by myself um during COVID, all the gyms shut down. So I had brought a set of bells hoping to teach myself a proper technique. Um I wasn't following any kind of plan. Uh I wasn't seeing any improvements or gains, kind of that I was hoping to and I felt there was a possibility that me getting injured, uh not knowing the proper technique. Uh So it led to a lot of frustration, uh started looking online, looked at Instagram, found a lot of different people uh doing kettlebells, not necessarily offering coaching. Uh At least the style that I was looking for. Um So what made me ultimately join their program was just the conversations that we had at first. Uh I do believe that Sean and Grant are genuinely good people that care about uh making people stronger. Um They've cultivated a great community there, um which again, I think is directly comes from them. Uh But again, watching them swing heavyweights a good technique um offering a simple plan. It's, that was simple to understand and simple to implement my busy lifestyle is what made me join KT.

What specific results have you achieved since starting with Kettlebell Transformation?

Marc Shifler: The, uh, big results that I've noticed so far, uh, after joining the program was my knowledge of proper technique. Uh, my knowledge of good nutrition, uh, which has changed my daily habits. Um, my eating habits have changed completely. I'm way more consistent in making good choices and my habits of being consistent and working out, uh, before I would kind of randomly jump around or go every other day or every couple of days or even take large amounts of time between. Uh, now I'm working out 4 to 5 times a week and it's, I have it in my life. It's gonna happen no matter what. Um, in doing that, my strength gains and body fat composition has changed dramatically, uh, dropped from 14% to down to 7% body fat. Um, gaining muscle and strength went from 24k, getups and swings. Uh, now I can do all the way up to 56k, as a PR so big changes for me.

How has Kettlebell Transformation changed your health and fitness approach, and what would you say to someone considering joining?

Marc Shifler: I think the big change for me after joining KT and my approach now to health and fitness is that it's been so much more simplified. Um I know the basic workouts that I'm gonna do for that day. I have a plan. I know my goals. Um It's also simplified in understanding nutrition and implementing that into my lifestyle. Um There's no variety of exercises that I really need that uh that I can't get from doing swings, get ups, push ups, planks, squats, deadlifts the core activities that they recommend in their plan. Um And I believe there's a lot of people out there that are just like me. Uh dads, husbands busy at a job. Um It's very easy to put yourself behind all those individuals and family members and loved ones. Um But I think my reason for joining was that this is an investment in me. I want to be the best version of myself for those people and it's transformed my life completely. Um not just my physical and mental health, but it's transforming my family members around me. Uh My wife swings bells. Um My sons are swinging bells with me. My brother started swinging bells. And just the other day, my mom who is 67 asked to teach her uh swings. So a great investment and not only myself but everyone around you.
