What led you to join KT, what results have you experienced, and what would you say to someone considering joining?
John Cannon: What's up guys? My name is John. Um I wanted to give you a little quick rundown of my time here at KT um started KT about two years ago, a little over two years ago. Um 39 years old, uh three kids busy, you know, all the normal stuff everybody has. Um You know, I've never, never done any kind of work out with kettlebells um until about a month before KT I decided I was gonna, I was gonna start working out doing things in my home, uh finding the time, you know, when I was there to do it and, and it was doing ok, uh struggling to figure out what I was going to do each day. Um finally ran across Grant's Instagram and uh kind of the rest is history with KT. I immediately knew this was the place for me. Um signed up, went in, you know, head first to see what would happen. Uh stuck to the plan, did what I was supposed to um ate the way I was supposed to and followed the exact protocol. The Grant laid out dropped 30 plus pounds, all the things that uh you know, you would expect. Um, and following a customized diet and workout plan, um, what I didn't expect was the, uh, the community of guys that impacted my life. Um, to the point that I made more than just physical changes, I made mindset shifts into who I was as a person. Um, you know, that I was a guy that was going to work out no matter what. Um, you know, I wanted to be an impactful person and not only in, uh in our KT community but also in, you know, in my, my family life with my friends, you know, all these things happen um from joining KT all side effects of a lifestyle. I did not know I was missing out on. Um So I'm always uh appreciative to Grant to Sean when I, when I realize how far I've come. Um, you know, not just in a physical state but an emotional state. You know, it's a, I'm, I'm a different person. Um And I can do it all from the comfort of my house four days a week, give myself 30 minutes to an hour to knock it out as we're all things that any of us can do. You know, we can find the time for, um, they've made this program fit lifestyles of busy men, fathers, uh no matter what it is, um, you can, you can find time to squeeze it in. Um So if you're on the fence, you know, something you've been thinking about doing joining KT. Is it uh is it a good fit for you? I can assure you that it is um you, you get in, you put your head down, you do the work, follow the plan, all those things will happen. But like I said, you will hit an emotional change, you will hit a thing where on the days where your motivation is lacking that you will be able to get through a workout because that is now the kind of person that you are. Um So if you're looking at doing it, jump in, man, you won't regret it. Thanks.
