What was life like before you joined Kettlebell Transformation?
Eric Hadder: How you doing? Uh, my name is Eric Hatter. I'm 45 years old and a brief little background about me before I found kettlebell transformation. I had spinal surgeries back in 2016 and 2017. They left me disabled with a Titanium disc in my back and L five S one nerve damage, my legs twitched 24 7. Till this day. My legs still twitched 24 7. And, uh, the two lowest discs on my back are Titanium. You know, I was told that I was gonna walk with a cane for the rest of my life or end up in a wheelchair. If I didn't get a third surgery, I didn't listen to them. Um, I gave up on life for a while. I gained a bunch of weight. I was eating bad. I was drinking, you know, and I finally had a change of heart and, uh, didn't care what the doctor said anymore. I decided that I was gonna get in shape no matter what. And, um, on my own in 2020 I lost 60 pounds and then that sent me on my journey of healing and wellness. And, uh, after walking with a cane for two years. I had a lot of problems with my hips and my back and my pelvis and losing the weight really helped out. I was trying to find programs that would help me lose more weight in my midsection to get the fat off the damaged nerves. I tried the V Shed V Shred program. I tried basement beasts. I tried uh just body weight stuff, all kinds of different things to strengthen my core, strengthen all the, all the muscles around my back, around the damaged nerves around the titanium cages. And I just couldn't find anything. I think I got discouraged. I would quit. I would give up finally. Um, I stumbled across basement, uh, cowbell transformation and, uh, it has been a lifesaver ever since the last 16 weeks, I've lost another 25 pounds of fat. I've gained 5 to 7 pounds of muscle. I'm gaining muscle in my core. I'm s the strongest. I've been in my adult life. I'm the, at the healthiest weight I've been in my adult life there. I have a coach that helps me out. We got a community of people to help you out. It's just an amazing program. I can't say enough about it. Uh I'm the strongest I've been in this shirt did not fit me when I got it and I told myself eventually I would fit into it and now I'm getting as strong as ever. My, my core is strong and I just feel like I'm gonna continue to get in shape, strengthen my back, strengthen my foundation, get the fat off the damaged nerve and then continue this healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. And if I can do it, anybody can do it. Give Kobel Transformation a try today.
What were the stats around your weight & health prior to joining KT?
Eric Hadder: When I started kettlebell transformation, I was, uh, 210 pounds. Well overweight for my size. I'm 511. And, uh, you know, I had a lot of belly fat, a lot of fat up here around my chest, you know, up around my arms and my thighs. Uh, and over the last 16 weeks I've lost a lot of fat. A lot. I'm down to 100 and 88 pounds. I've gained a lot of lean muscle. Um, I was a size 34 in the waist. Now, I'm a size 32. I had to go buy new pants and new clothes, new shirts and I look forward to continuing the fat loss and, uh, gaining lean muscle and just getting into a healthier lifestyle. Um, can't love it more.
What were your most pressing concerns surrounding your health prior to joining KT?
Eric Hadder: So the thing that's uh concerned me most when I started the kettlebell transformation was having the uh disability. Um I have the Titanium cages in my back. L five S one nerve damage. And I wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to um do the workouts and get through. Ok. You know, every step I take during the day has pain in it and I just wanted to get stronger and have less pain in my life. And uh with kettle bo transformation, I've been able to lose fat, get stronger. And now I have less pain in my life. And so that concern went away after about a couple of months, I stopped having uh nerve attacks during my workouts, which meant I was getting a lot stronger around the damaged nerve around the Titanium Disk. So, uh this program has helped me tremendously and I look forward to continuing these workouts for the rest of my life.
When making the decision to join KT, what were you most concerned about?
Eric Hadder: Uh Yeah, I would say I was definitely concerned about getting injured or hurting myself again, hurting my back again, doing something that would put me down for a long time and, um, not having the program work. So, but instead I've had complete opposite results, I've gotten stronger. I've gotten leaner. Um I've gotten healthier. I feel better. I have less inflammation. Um, I can't say enough about that. You know, the injuries aren't concerns anymore. I have tweaks and uh little things that happen here and there, but I'm able to work through them. I think that I look at them as growing pains cause you're using muscles you haven't used before, you're using your entire body for these programs. And so you're using every muscle you got and so you're gonna tweak them and you're gonna strain them. You'll get, you'll get through them and you'll get through the workouts and you'll get stronger and you'll be happier for it.
What made you take the next step anyway despite the concerns you had?
Eric Hadder: So I went ahead and took the next step to join because they have thousands of clients. And, you know, I was at the end of my journey looking in other places. Uh I, I checked out their program. They have people who are injured just like me and they're successful, they're getting strong, they're getting healthier and I wanted to uh believe in myself. So, you know, I had the mindset that I can do anything. So like whether you believe you can or believe you can't, you're right. So I believe that I can. And so uh that's what made me go ahead and take the next step.
What's life like now after implementing the KT System?
Eric Hadder: Oh, so life is completely different. After implementing the kettlebell transformation system, I've gained lean muscle, I've lost a lot of body fat. My pain levels are down. Um I've had some of my nerve damage, you know, get better over time strengthening all the muscles and tendons around there. I've strengthened my foundation, I've strengthened my core. I'm having to buy new clothes. Uh I'm getting compliments left and right. Uh, looking good is just a side effect. Uh you know, and so feeling good is the main part, having less pain is the best part, having less pain in my daily uh routines and my daily steps, uh being able to smile more because I feel better and have less inflammation. Um makes a huge difference in my life.
