What is the number one reason you find your Monthly Market Report so valuable?
Rich Motts: Everyone. It's Rich Motts and I am with Cutler real estate with the Motts team from Canton, Ohio and KCM is a wonderful tool. The number one reason I, that I find the monthly market report so valuable is that, you know, they tell you what is really the bad news with what is going on nationally. Because guess what, that's what our consumers hear is all that bad news. So it's our job to debunk that news and be able to, you know, really tell the consumer what's really going on with the market at that national level and then start breaking it down to the state which KCM does for us and then breaking it down to our local level and rip off and duplicate the great graphics and information that KCM give us to break it down to our local statistics. So we can tell people what's going on in our local market. So that's the number one reason is so we know what's going on in the consumer's mind that space between theirs
How are you using your Monthly Market Report each month?
Rich Motts: So the second thing, how am I using the monthly market report each month? Well, you can see behind me, we really break down the statistic of what's going on in the local market. But again, starting out with the national market, what's going on and then breaking it down and utilizing what's going on in the local market. Getting out, becoming that market expert to everyone and how I use it. In addition to that is video, social media and everywhere I possibly can listing presentations, buyer presentations, et cetera.
How would you describe your Monthly Market Report and why you should use it to a friend who just joined KCM?
Rich Motts: So if I was a realtor and I just joined KCM or I was thinking about joining, Keeping Current Matters, then I would say this about the monthly market report that man instead of you worrying about where you're gonna get content to supply to the consumer, that's really going to help you be the trusted source and looking all over the internet for it in different places. It's all in one bundle for you. It's all there from all the reliable sources from Fannie Mae to the Mortgage Bankers Association to the Wall Street Journal to, you know, National Association of wrote or so trusted sources that consumer will say, aha, I trust them and it's just not a uh talking head there. So it gives you the graphics to share with them. That's a big differentiator there.
