Violet Sheshe: Good day. My name is Violet Sheshe. I am the Quarry Manager at Lafarge. Kaya is part of the Leadership Development Program in Lafarge called LAMP, and it has been an honor for me to be part of the program not only for the leaders, for the young leaders, but also for my own personal development.
