When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?
Kaushal: I heard about it about a couple of months ago at the start of this year. In January, I think I got to know about it from my colleagues whom I work with. So I decided to join it and get the loan money so that I can buy a car for me. A new car for me. So the purpose was for that. It's not been months since I have known about the Police [Serve and Protect] Credit Union, but it was good experience using it.
How has the credit union helped you?
Kaushal: You guys helped me a lot more than I expected. I couldn't get a loan through my own bank, but the credit union gave me the loan to buy me a new car from which I could buy a new car, so it was really helpful. And I hope I can pay the loan soon, and I think I'll try it again in the near future. So it's been a really good help for me and one of the best things and one of the best things of my life, you could say so it was a good experience using it. And I'll keep using it, in my view. What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?
Kaushal: I think the best part is we got access to many things and we can get many information through it also. So I think they're the best part of the [credit] union. And not only that, it provides us with a lots of facilities and good things and help us a lot in anything, in any way where we need some money and we can lend it from there and it's been and it is really helpful for people like us, who can make immediate money but can pay it one by one. So it was really helpful and one of the best to use in the United Kingdom. So I think it's a really good experience and one of the best for me.
