Allen Coffman: I chose Kass and Moses because I had gotten in a car wreck and I got hurt. I hurt my knee pretty bad and so I didn't realize until the second day that my knee was hurt and so I just did a Google search and I found a couple places that I ended up calling. Kass and Moses were the ones that were the friendliest, and they were able to explain how things worked up front, which was extremely helpful, you know, obviously this is not something that I do every day and so. Uh, to have somebody that's willing to help you as soon as you get them, uh, on the phone was very, very nice, and that's why I chose them.

Allen Coffman: My experience with Kass and Moses was exceptional. Actually, they are very good about walking you through on like how these things work. I don't think most people have to deal with this kind of stuff often, and so to explain what certain steps are and time frame and things like that are very helpful. Another thing, they are. They are available to text, which is a huge deal. I don't know, I, you know, I'm working from 9 to 5 and uh sometimes 7 to 5, and so the fact that they are You can text them if you need any help. They do a lot of the looking, uh, the, uh, look, look up work and so you get, uh, they contact your medical facility. They, they negotiate um your medical bills with them and so really it's very, very hands off. I almost did nothing and it was extremely easy for me, especially because um I can't really take days off work and it was just helpful. They did a really, really good job.

Allen Coffman: Uh, how, you know, it, it's impacted my life, I think, pretty significantly. The injury itself was kind of excessive for it happened right at the summertime and so it was a knee injury. I couldn't really move around as much as I wanted to or go with Six Flags. We were supposed to go to Six Flags. I had to cancel that or stand up at a concert and so. The outcome to getting um the repair, you know, because obviously insurance would have paid for, um, The their insurance would have paid for the um the medical bills, but it also paid for like days I had to take off work and I made commission and so days that I was not feeling great and I couldn't really work like I needed to work even when I did show up, you know, they kind of consider all of that and they were able to get me more. More than what my injury, my medical bills were for my injury, and um it's impacted me pretty significantly. I mean, you know, you get a little bit of extra money and we all have a place for that to go. So I think that they, they got me more than what I was expecting if I would have done it alone, and that's significant to me.
