Honestly, what I find so unique about this practice is that outside of the fact that it's such a brilliant blend of modalities, we really see the physical representation of energetic dynamics of relating, so something in the class as simple as directing my partner in a circle rotation can bring up a lot from how am I leading this. Is she is he or she open to my leadership and how are we communicating throughout when things are going great and when things are not going well, um, for me, I've seen that to be very transformational off the table and I've really had an honor of seeing a lot of relationship dynamics have powerful conversations, um, past this class.
