Gianna Cabrera: Going into Kama Flight, I went in with no expectations. I read the website a few times. And I just went in welcoming what I'm about to receive at that workshop.
Gianna Cabrera: I was very interested in, different forms of yoga, of healing, of transmutation for people that have experienced trauma, that have experienced any form of disconnection within their selves. I went to an all women's program, so I did not go for a partner. I went by myself and I got to meet some incredible women.
Gianna Cabrera: My favorite part of the Kama Flight experience was the incredible teachers, Gabby and Iris. They did such a beautiful job of connection within one each other, within their selves, and within the group of women that we had. To be a part of the workshop with all women was absolutely phenomenal and something that should be brought on as a regular experience for everyone.
