Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?
Tina Risinger: My name is Tina Risinger and I needed help with a veterinarian service to talk about a problem that my dog was having.
What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?
Tina Risinger: When I first realized that Junie had eaten some Bone Meal Fertilizer, I looked in Google to see if I could figure out if it was going to hurt her or not. But the answers were all over the place and some places said yes, it would and some places said no, it wouldn't. And so I didn't know what to do and it was very late at night and I really needed an answer to whether or not to go to the emergency room and, JustAnswer popped up and I like the way that the experts answer the questions for the other people. So I decided to give it a try.
How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?
Tina Risinger: The JustAnswer Vet answered almost immediately. He asked me all my information, told me to wait just a minute while he found the answer and the answer came back very quickly. He was very reassuring. He said he thought that things were ok, but this is what to look for. And if this happened, then I might need to seek further help or try this as a home remedy. And so he just, he just made all the answers. He just boiled it down to what I needed.
What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)
Tina Risinger: It was really great to have an actual vet give the answer. I like seeing his credentials. It was pretty cool because he was actually from England. So I kind of felt like I was talking to James Harriet just a little bit. But anyway, he was a great guy. It was, it was, he talked exactly like how I hoped a vet would, giving me the answers and giving me what I needed and asking the right questions and stuff like that. So, I just felt so much better about, um, not worrying about Junie and that she was going to be ok.
What would you say to a friend if you were describing JustAnswer?
Tina Risinger: I actually have already recommended JustAnswer to several friends. I was so happy with the results that I got that when I was describing the incident with Junie looking up the Bone Meal off the back porch.
