Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?

TamirW: I love helping customers on JustAnswer because I've been doing it for eight years and I want to be able to give that expertise to other people to a wider audience. JustAnswer gets me to be able to have a wider audience based on what I currently do. And I just love helping people. It gives me great joy to be able to give people help that they need everyday and so forth. And so far JustAnswer is letting me do that with my expertise. IT is very complicated and a lot of people doesn't know it, but I'm here to help them.

What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?

TamirW: The type of questions I get on JustAnswer range from the simple, my computer doesn't work to, I've just been scammed out of $500. I've been doing IT for so long with different people and different companies that I kind of, it comes second nature to me and customers, most customers, most issues that I've seen on the support has been related to Facebook. People being locked out of Facebook or can't get in or they've been accounts been banned or removed or deleted. I do get the occasional scam. People say they've been scammed out of the money, money from someone else and such and I get a lot of other issues. I get other problems related to people just being redirected to our site because they was looking for something else. I need to get some money refund from a, from a subscription or something along those lines.

What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?

TamirW: I don't have a lot of questions that I've remember more memorable. But one question I did have, I had a lady that I talked to the other day, that her computer wasn't turning on and she was just kept looping. It was an Apple Mac. And in that what I did, I called her, I explained to her what was going on and I basically just told her how I told her straight up so that you just need a new computer. You need to take it somewhere to get it repaired. The computer was old. It was looping. It wasn't go past the boot thing, the boot menu or the boot screen. So they, she just basically had a bad computer that was going bad. She did come back and said they gave her great help and gave her great advice. Although another, another thing that I came across is someone was scammed out of a lot of money. Someone scammed them and they pretty much lost a lot and they needed help trying to figure out how to navigate and I gave them, gave them what they needed to do and how to solve it. So those are the only two that I was
