Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation that had you seeking professional services?

Ralph R Grosswald: I'm Ralph Grosswald and I am the CEO of two companies, both of which are international. Out of the clear blue, due to some technical glitch, I lost the opportunity to be able to access my Microsoft software, my word, my excel with all of our spreadsheets and performance, all while going for investment. And that is what initiated the call to JustAnswer.

What was compelling about JustAnswer that made you choose it?

Ralph R Grosswald: The reason that I approached JustAnswer to solve my problem is because I had used this service before for some important tax questions and got very good support. And so when I had a technical issue with my computer, JustAnswer was the first thing I thought of.

How was your experience with JustAnswer? Was the Expert able to solve your problem thoroughly?

Ralph R Grosswald: This was a very difficult technical problem. I had used Microsoft's various tips and support and dialogue boxes and spent hours trying to solve this. When I went to JustAnswer, the expert was incredible in looking at the issues and beginning to follow a path of solutions. There was no obstacle, he couldn't work around and he took all the time and patience necessary to solve the problem. Every time we let down something that wasn't working, he found another solution. And I was amazed at his experience and skills and patience and his ability to solve this problem.

What did it feel like to have your question answered by a JustAnswer Expert? (ie. relief, piece of mind, empowerment)

Ralph R Grosswald: What's most important about the experience that I had is that if I had gone to an IT expert, called them and set up an appointment, it would have cost me hundreds of dollars if not more. And who knows how much time to get somebody available. Within a matter of minutes, the expert was online with me and later on a phone call and my problem was solved and it was allowing me to get back to the important work that I do.
