Why do you love helping customers on JustAnswer?
PaulH630: I have always been eager to help when something doesn't work. For 30 years in maintenance and technical fields, it has given me the ability to assist and guide my customers to solve and repair the problems they are dealing with. I love to hear it when they say, it works! That's why I'm here at JustAnswer.
What types of questions do you get on JustAnswer?
PaulH630: The types of questions I get vary from generators, whole house and portable mowers, push or riding. Lots of questions of battery operated tools and mowers, garage door openers, small appliances and plumbing as well as pools and spas. They can range anywhere from - Why doesn't my generator start or why is my pool cloudy? I try to answer quickly and promptly and courteous as possible.
What’s your most memorable or heartwarming story with a customer?
PaulH630: I remember there was this customer who had an issue with her sewing machine. She had tried all she knew and contacted us. I reviewed what she had done and explained what was the most likely cause, then helped her step by step to resolve the issue. She was so elated that her machine was running again and she continued to thank me over and over. That is why I'm here.
